Job Details:

• Role: Adult Social Worker (Grade I)

• Contract Type: Temporary (Inside IR35)
• Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Contract: Temp, 3 months term, possible extension
• Pay Rate: from £30 per hour (doe)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality assessments, reviews, and care planning to support adults in the community.
• Collaborate with families, professionals, and other stakeholders to develop holistic, person-centered care.
• Provide expert advice on safeguarding and ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with professional standards.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree in Social Work, CQSA, DipSW, or CSS.
• Academic Background: GCSE Grade A-C in English Language and Mathematics.
• Professional Certification: Relevant professional qualification or certification.
• Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in adult social care.
• Registration: Social Work England registration is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
