- Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Contract: Temp, 3 months term, possible extension
- Pay Rate: from £30 per hour (doe)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality assessments, reviews, and care planning to support adults in the community.
- Collaborate with families, professionals, and other stakeholders to develop holistic, person-centered care.
- Provide expert advice on safeguarding and ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with professional standards.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Social Work, CQSA, DipSW, or CSS.
- Academic Background: GCSE Grade A-C in English Language and Mathematics.
- Professional Certification: Relevant professional qualification or certification.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in adult social care.
- Registration: Social Work England registration is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
