Private Surgical Hospital – Bristol
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus | Full Time, On-Site

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager / Registered Manager to lead this world-class facility.
As the CQC Registered Manager (or someone eligible to become one), you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for a candidate with a strong background in private healthcare, particularly surgical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the hospital’s operations and drive continued excellence in patient care.
- Oversee CQC compliance and regulatory standards.
- Develop and grow services, specialties, and business partnerships.
- Manage finance, HR, facilities, and service delivery across departments.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing clinical and non-clinical team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior management within a private surgical setting (essential).
- Strong background in business development and service growth.
- Solid understanding of CQC requirements and healthcare governance.
- A confident leader with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Existing CQC Registration is desirable but not essential.
