Hours:            Up to 37.5 hours per week (Minimum 22.5 for continuity)
Service runs: 7 days a week | 8 AM – 8 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering community medications, including oral, insulin, SC & IM injections
  • Providing palliative care, including syringe driver management & symptom control
  • Performing male, suprapubic, and female catheterisations
  • Managing IV therapy and leg ulcer care
  • Conducting Doppler assessments and CHC nursing needs assessments (desirable)

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license & own car – Essential for community visits
  • Confidence in key clinical skills
  • Available for an ASAP start
  • NMC Pin
  • DBS
